APMEX’s newest Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG silver coins will surely “Obliterate!!!” the competition. Available now from the Oklahoma-based precious metals e-retailer is a five-coin set featuring colorized images of the iconic Exodia the Forbidden One.
Exodia’s head, arms, and legs arrive protected in plastic capsules and stored in a black matte presentation box with a foam insert and magnetic closure. A maximum of 250 sets will be minted, and each set comes with a numbered certificate of authenticity. Pick one up today for $224.99.
Although each set is presumably selected and sold at random, APMEX is giving fans the opportunity to buy a set with a specific low production number listed on the COA for a premium. The first five Exodia sets are available for purchase at the following prices:
- Exodia set #1: Sold out
- Exodia set #2: $499.99
- Exodia set #3: $449.99
- Exodia set #4: $399.99
- Exodia set #5: $349.99
Also new from APMEX is its Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG Kuriboh coin. But it’s not just any Kuriboh. This uncommon Kuriboh art was first seen on a promo card included with the 2003 video game Yu-Gi-Oh! Power of Chaos: Yugi the Destiny.
Each colorized silver coin is housed in a tamper-evident plastic polymer case, which is numbered and includes the Yu-Gi-Oh! Card Game 25th Quarter Century logo. Only 500 Kuriboh coins will be produced. Don’t miss your chance to own one for $44.99.
Exodia’s pieces and Kuriboh all arrive on 39 mm coins, each containing 1 ounce of 0.999 fine silver. These coins share the same reverse design as the other Yu-Gi-Oh! coins released in 2023, with the Yu-Gi-Oh! and “It’s Your Move” logos and the public seal of the Pacific island nation of Niue present. As usual, these have the novelty of being legal tender coins issued by the government of Niue, with a denomination of two Niuean dollars each.
