Yuugi storing his deck in the Millennium Puzzle's container in episode 220

Having defeated Zorc and accomplished their goals, Yuugi, Atem, and all their friends return home from the Memory World. Now, the pharaoh has but one mission left to fulfill: cross over to the next world. Join Yuugi as he steps up to the challenge of dueling his alter ego in a special rite of battle, with the hope of defeating him and setting his soul free! Episode 220, “The Final Test,” has been released by Ouji- & Co and is ready to be downloaded or streamed!

This video is labeled as a “version 2.” Like the infamous episode 207 fansub, the audio and video in the original episode 220 didn’t sync up. After all of the problems surrounding episode 207 however, I wised up and never posted episode 220 when it was released over two years ago, anticipating a replacement would eventually be made. Well, they do say that patience is a virtue! Anyway, don’t mind the “v2” tag as it’s just for bookkeeping. You didn’t miss any “v1” release.

Stay tuned for more fansub-related announcements, coming soon.

Ryuuji Otogi holding some dice in episode 47
“I’ve waited a long time for this moment, Yugi. I’m gonna prove to the world that you’re a cheater by beating you in a game of my own creation!”

After seeing Jounouchi defeated and thoroughly humiliated, Yuugi takes to the dueling arena and challenges Ryuuji Otogi with the hope of freeing his best friend! Yuugi is now in Otogi’s house however, and must learn the rules to a whole new game while being overwhelmed by its creator! Will Jounouchi be saved from wearing his dog suit, or will the unfamiliar game be too much for our hero to handle? Find out in episode 47 — “Showdown! Dungeon Dice Monsters!” — subbed by Ouji- & Co, now available for downloading and streaming!

Episode 47 continues the post-Duelist Kingdom trend of using a special, modified opening that contains scenes from within the episode itself. Here, we get a shot of Otogi throwing some dice and summoning a monster. Like with the previous special openings, Ouji- has seamlessly reproduced a clean version of this opening with English credits just for his fansub!

Ryuugi Otogi looking good in episode 46

Ouji- & Co has another fansub coming your way! Today, Yuugi and the gang are off on a new adventure in episode 46, where they meet the charming and mysterious Ryuugi Otogi. Though he’s surrounded by adoring fans, there’s something about Otogi that seems disingenuous. What are his ulterior motives? And what is this new game, “Dungeon Dice Monsters,” that the gang keeps hearing about? Download the episode and find out!

As with the last few episodes, episode 46 has a unique opening sequence featuring scenes from the body of the episode. This time, we see a pan-up of Otogi in the shadows, along with Otogi and Jounouchi dueling. And just as he did with those previous episodes, Ouji- has re-created a clean version of the opening and added translated English credits. It looks fantastic, as usual!

Yuugi and his friends reach the depths of the digital world and the Big 5 are none too pleased with their progress! What dirty tricks do the Big 5 have in store for our legendary heroes? Find out in episode 45 of Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters — “Duel Monsters Quest (3)! Master of Dragon Knight!” — fansubbed by Ouji- & Co! This episode is ready to be downloaded or streamed. The old HK DVD version has been removed.

This latest episode continues using a unique episode-specific opening, a trend seen in the previous four episodes. This time, we get a look at a massive horde of monsters on the attack! Ouji- again brings us a one-of-a-kind clean version of this opening with translated English credits by expertly piecing together those scenes taken from the body of the episode. Awesome!

Yuugi wondering what strategy Yami Malik has up his sleeve in episode 127

Day six, the final day of Watch Yu-Gi-Oh! Online Week, is here! And as you’ve probably realized by now, I’ve saved the best series for last! Today, I’ve added a new index for streaming subbed Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Monsters episodes. Yes, all 224 episodes of the exciting, original, uncut Japanese-language version with English subtitles are now at your fingertips, ready to be streamed!

As with the streaming Yu-Gi-Oh! Series 1 episodes and movie added earlier in the week, these episodes are hosted on Megavideo. Megavideo doesn’t restrict its videos to a maximum length, so there’s no need to split up the episodes or download any additional software to upload and playback a half-hour show.

These are the exact same episodes that are listed on my Duel Monsters downloads index, with episodes fansubbed by #yugioh!, dirtydude16 (dd16), Ouji- & Co, and Ouji- & Hina, plus Hong Kong bootleg DVD rips for the remaining episodes. I don’t have much more to add about this series that I haven’t already said in the past, so… enjoy!

Thanks for sticking around this week while I updated this website with all of those new pages! I hope current and future visitors will find the indexes for streaming videos to be a useful and convenient addition. As the dust settles, if anyone notices anything odd or broken anywhere on the site, please let me know, because those things tend to happen when I’m doing big updates like this. XP

Rebecca giving her deck a quizzical look in episode 42

It’s been quite a while since the last fansub from Ouji- & Co! Episode 42 of Yu-Gi-Oh! DM, titled “The Deadly Shadow Ghoul,” has been released and is available on my subbed DM page. This episode wraps up Rebecca’s duel against Yuugi.

Just like in episode 41, the opening of this episode is different from the usual opening seen in episodes 1-40 — it includes some scenes taken directly from the main portion of the episode. This time, we see Arthur and Sugoroku in Egypt and Rebecca summoning her Shadow Ghoul.

And just like he did for the episode 41 fansub, Ouji- has seamlessly re-created that modified opening so that we may have a clean (no Japanese text) version with English-translated credits. Now that’s dedication!

DM Episode 41 subbed, by Ouji- & Co

Rebecca, Yuugi, and the rest of the gang in episode 41

It’s time for another Yu-Gi-Oh! DM fansub! Episode 41, “The Young Girl from America,” by Ouji- & Co has been completed and is now available for direct download! You can find the link on my page for subbed DM episodes. The HK DVD version of this episode has been removed.

Ouji- did something very special for this episode. If you’ve been watching Ouji-‘s Duelist Kingdom episodes, you’ve undoubtedly noticed that he uses a clean (textless) version of the intro and inserts English translations of the opening credits where the Japanese credits would otherwise be.

Comparison of the Japanese and fansub OPs, episodes 1-40
Left: The original Japanese OP found in episodes 1-40.
Right: Ouji-‘s clean OP with translated opening credits.

And, if you’ve watched the raw or HK DVD versions of episodes 41-48, you may have noticed that the intro in each of these episodes is actually slightly modified when compared with all of the prior episodes: about three-quarters of the way into the intros, instead of seeing a shot of Pegasus (as in the above images), you see some clips taken right out of the body of the episodes. In episode 41, for example, you see a shot of Rebecca and her Millennium Shield.

Ouji- wanted to continue using the clean intro with English-translated credits for this episode, but as it turns out, clean versions of the modified intros for episodes 41-48 don’t exist. So what did he do? He made his own! He took the exact frames of the clips that were used in the modified intro right out of the episodes themselves and inserted them into the original clean version of the intro. The result is perfect and completely seamless! You won’t find this anywhere else, so enjoy!
