Preorder Bandai’s Ichibansho Figure Egyptian Gods, Kuriboh Brothers

The Ichibansho Figure series from Bandai Spirits has some stylish sculpts of the Egyptian God Monsters in the works. The Winged Dragon of Ra, Slifer the Sky Dragon, and Obelisk the Tormentor are looking quite aged and rugged in these new creations, perhaps a nod to their origins as ancient, mystical beings. Ichibansho Figure calls this style kongōjizō — figures that rock your soul with their weighty, powerful, austere appearance.

While Ichibansho Figures in Japan must be won in a lottery, Bandai is offering these latest figures to U.S. fans for preorder from their favorite collectibles retailer.

In Japan, the top “A” prize in this round of Yu-Gi-Oh! figures is The Winged Dragon of Ra.

Ra stands about 7.1 inches tall. It is available for preorder from the following U.S. retailers for about $70:

The “B” level prize is Obelisk the Tormentor.

Obelisk stands about 7.9 inches tall and is available for preorder from the following retailers for about $70:

The “C” level prize is Slifer the Sky Dragon. Although the previous round of Yu-Gi-Oh! Ichibansho Figures also included Slifer, this latest release is a variant with dark-colored smoke instead of white.

Slifer stands about 7.1 inches tall. Preorder it for about $70 from the following retailers:

Also available for preorder is this set of Kuriboh Brothers, the “D” level prize in Japan.
