The print version of VIZ Media’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine is making a comeback this quarter with a new Jump Pack — and Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V is featured on the cover! The Spring 2016 Jump Pack includes the first chapter of Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V, One-Punch Man, My Hero Academia, and Black Clover. The magazine has a glossy cover and is printed on 7-by-10-inch bright white, heavy paper stock. It retails for $10.99.

In addition to 96 solid pages of shonen action manga, it also includes:

  • An Ultra Rare Blue-Eyes White Dragon Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG card illustrated by Kazuki Takahashi (a re-release of one of the 2014 WSJ subscription promo cards)
  • A 20-card Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG demo deck
  • A 22-by-22-inch double-sided fold-out Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG beginner’s guide and game mat
  • A one-month subscription to VIZ’s digital Weekly Shonen Jump magazine

The Spring 2016 Jump Pack is available now at Scholastic Book Fairs held in schools throughout the U.S. To locate a book fair near you, visit Scholastic’s website. When you buy from one of these book fairs, not only will you be picking up some phenomenal manga, but you will also be financially supporting a local school.

The Spring 2016 Jump Pack is only the fourth Jump Pack ever to be published. The last Jump Pack was released in August 2014.

  1. I work at a school, so I was able to pick one up last week. :) Haven’t had a chance to actually look through the actual magazine yet, but the Blue-Eyes card is so pretty! And I had no idea the 20 cards were supposed to be a demo deck — they’re a really random assortment of cards haha.

  2. Hooray for supporting the manga (and education)! I love that Blue-Eyes too. The demo deck is really random but it’s meant to teach new players the game’s mechanics. The beginner’s guide is paired with it and shows those cards in action. As for the magazine, all of the series included are really, really good. One-Punch Man is a hilarious parody of shonen fighting stories. It also has an awesome anime adaptation. My Hero Academia is about a normal boy who is learning to be a hero in a world where almost everyone except him is born with superpowers. It’s getting a highly anticipated anime in April. And Black Clover is a little like Naruto in a medieval setting filled with rich magical elements.
