What happened to the NCOG’s blog?

Honda puts the wrestling moves on Jounouchi in episode 70

For the past two weeks (or, in Internet-time, two years), the blog of sympathetic 4Kids employee Nameless Cubicle Office Guy has been out of order, and no new user comments have appeared on 4Kids’ YouTube channel. Yet between then and now, both the YouTube channel and 4KidsTV.com have continually been updated, with 4KidsTV.com getting a nice face-lift as well, so someone must still be working behind the scenes. What’s going on?

With his frequent updates and Q&A sessions, the NCOG had been making great strides in connecting with the online fanbase at a more personal level. I’m a little worried that someone higher up on the corporate ladder might have decided to nix the NCOG’s communications with the fans. Taking that away would be a big step backwards. Let’s hope that’s not the case.

Regardless, it’d be great if, at the very least, the NCOG could continue writing weekly announcements and updates about 4Kids’ new and upcoming videos. It’d be hard not to see the benefits of that. We hope you come back, NCOG.
