ravegrl’s blog is the official place to get “Ouji- & Co” fansubs, so we don’t need a website (as soon as one episode is ready, ravegrl put it here, on her blog).

About 1-32, they won’t be done because there are already subbed :

01-09 from #yugioh!
10-32 from dirtydude16

As “Ouji- & Co” is the continuation of dirtydude16’s releases, we’re started at episode 33, also because one of the main yugioh fansubs problems is that every team start from the episode 1, and so, the series is always stalling during the first season.

Next year will mainly be dedicated to the season 2 (Battle City), we’ll give the details of what is the big thing we’re planning when the episode 50 will be released.

Ouji- & Co doesn’t have a website, only a private forum. Don’t worry, you aren’t missing anything — I’ve already posted all of the episodes they’ve ever released.

Ouji- & Co’s fansubs begin at episode 33. The priority is on releasing the as-of-yet non-fansubbed episodes. Perhaps episodes 1 through 32 will get done someday, but don’t hold your breath. ;)

We’re only working on episode 44 (and also on episode 45) so they will be released soon.

We are also planning something really BIG for the season 2 (Battle City) once the first season will be over.

On Nico Nico Douga, which is basically the YouTube of Japan, I searched for YGOTAS, and the original GUHROOGAMESH!!!1 video was the only one that came up. I’m not sure if LK made an account and uploaded it, or if a fan uploaded it, though. Buuuuuut it’s up there ^-^
You’ll have to make an account on Nico Nico Douga to watch it, though. :/

Haha, I didn’t know that! I actually find it kind of interesting seeing remnants of the Japanese-to-Chinese-to-English translation process in these HK DVD subtitles. It makes some of the quirky subs seem slightly more entertaining (and educational, lol). Thanks for sharing this one. X)

To ruin the joke further (and maybe entirely)… in Chinese, the word for “shuffle” is the same as “wash.” So when you say “I’m shuffling the cards,” you literally are saying “I’m washing the cards.” So this sort of translation is totally understandable. :P
